TIC Council Launches Management Committee for New Sustainability Process Certification

On May 14, TIC Council hosted the inaugural Management Committee Meeting for its new Sustainability Process Certification Scheme at the Brussels office.

The Certification is designed to streamline the verification of environmental claims, with the potential of broader uses, such as streamline internal reporting, sustainability reporting, environmental product declarations verifications, and others.. It offers companies a standalone solution to meet diverse compliance requirements while demonstrating their sustainability commitments.

The meeting brought together representatives from ten participating member companies—AmSpec Group, Applus+, Bureau Veritas Group, DEKRA, Intertek, SGS, TÜV AUSTRIA Group, TÜV Rheinland Group, TÜV SÜD, and UL Solutions.—highlighting the TIC sector’s dedication to supporting businesses on their sustainability journey.

This initiative reaffirms the sector’s role in guiding companies toward compliance and advancing environmental responsibility in a streamlined way.
