TIC Council Hosts Official Presentation of Sustainability Process Certification (SPC)

In April, TIC Council hosted the official presentation of its Process Certification (SPC) at its Brussels office. The SPC is designed to streamline environmental data management and simplify the verification of sustainability-related claims, offering a structured, third-party assured approach that strengthens credibility, transparency, and alignment with internationally recognized standards.

The presentation was led by Marie-Elisabeth d'Ornano, Global Certification Director at Bureau Veritas Group and SPC Management Director, alongside Marc Boissonnet, Sustainability Director at TIC Council. They highlighted the system’s key benefits, including:

• Strengthening sustainability compliance and trust in environmental claims

• Supporting companies’ sustainability commitments

• Sharing insights from the certification bodies involved in the scheme

The event welcomed European legislators, trade associations, and scheme owners, fostering a meaningful discussion on the future of credible and transparent sustainability practices.
